General Disclaimers

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.By commissioning me you are agreeing to my terms of service.Prices may increase depending on complexity.Finished products can be sent through discord, email, or telegram.

Payment & Fees

Payment is done through Ko-FiIf Ko-Fi is unavailable to you, I will accept PayPal but you will be required to cover the fee and it has to be done using the Friends & Family option.Payments are made half upfront and the rest after I send proof of the commission's completion.All prices are in USDA rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.A design fee will be charged for clients with no reference images that would like me to draw solely from a description and/or a collection of photos.Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions.

Cancellation & Refunds

Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.You may cancel the commission any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork or avatar.

Client Obligations

Please provide clear reference images of the character/subject.Please respond in a timely fashion.Do not just ghost me, if you'd like to cancel the commission just let me know.If you do not respond within a week I will move on to the next commissioner.

Avatar Rules

You must own the avatar you are getting commissioned and provide proof of purchase.
You must own the assets you want put on your avatar and provide proof of purchase.
If you want to commission an avatar I don't own, if I agree to it, some of your total payment can go towards paying for me to own the avatar, but you must still own the model yourself.

Process

For art I will send over a sketch for approval before continuing the commission. I will accept one complete revision at the sketch stage.I will show WIPs via a private channel for us in my discord server throughout the commission process. Unless you prefer to do it in DMs.For art, sketch and in-progress shots will be sent as watermarked images.I will typically take 3 days to 2 weeks to finish the product. It may take longer than that for avatars.I'll do my best to finish your commission in a timely manner but please keep in mind that things may come up for me in real life. I will let you know if any problems should arise.

Art Copyright & Usage Policy

I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.You must credit and tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work.For commercial use, you must purchase the rights from me at 300% the original price.Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.

You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:

Print the work for personal use.Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.Use the artwork as reference for a study.Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.

You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:

Claim the artwork as yours.Remove my watermark/signature.Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.Color in my sketches or lineart. Unless you are commissioning a base from me that I am then allowed to sell on my gumroad.Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.
